从SiCp/Al复合材料性能分析着手,讨论了预置件法、焊接法和粘接法等在空间遥感器研制中常用的联接方法的优缺点,提出了在高体积分数(体分)SiCp/Al复合材料上直接加工螺纹,并加装钢丝螺套的方法来改善螺纹联接性能。对在某高体分SiCp/Al复合材料上加工的M4、M5螺纹进行了拉伸测试,结果表明:加装钢丝螺套前,复合材料螺纹有被拉脱现象;加装钢丝螺套后,M4螺纹、螺杆在3 000~4 000 N被拉断;M5螺纹、螺杆在8 000~9 000 N被拉断,测试后两种规格的螺纹状态良好,可以满足实际应用对该材料拉伸强度的要求,其已应用于工程项目中。 相似文献

Recombination fractions between forensic STRs can be extrapolated from the International HapMap Project, but the concordance between recombination fractions predicated from genetic maps and derived from observation of STR transmissions in families is still ambiguous for autosomal STRs because of limited family studies. Therefore, the main goal of this study is to compare recombination fractions estimated by pedigree analysis with those derived from HapMap phase SNP data. Genotypes of nine autosomal STR pairs (TPOX‐D2S1772, D5S818‐CSF1PO, D7S3048‐D7S820, D8S1132‐D8S1179, TH01‐D11S2368, vWA‐D12S391, D13S325‐D13S317, D18S51‐D18S1364, and D21S11‐PentaD) from 207 two‐generation families with two to five children (the number of families with five, four, three, and two children was 2, 3, 20, and 182, respectively) were used to analyze the recombination. The linkage analysis showed that significant linkage was observed at six STR pairs (D5S818‐CSF1PO, D8S1132‐D8S1179, TH01‐D11S2368, vWA‐D12S391, D13S325‐D13S317, and D18S51‐D18S1364) with genetic distances <36.22 cM in HapMap. Their recombination fractions calculated from family data were very close to those derived from HapMap. However, three STR pairs of TPOX‐D2S1772, D7S3048‐D7S820, and D21S11‐PentaD showed no significant linkage with genetic distances from 43.38 to 91.49 cM. Our results indicate that recombination fractions extrapolated from HapMap can provide a substitute if empirical data are unavailable for the linkage STR pair with a genetic distance spanned <36.22 cM. 相似文献

Continuous ultrasonic devulcanization of ground tire rubber (GRT) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) is considered. Experiments are performed under various processing conditions. Two recipes of SBR with different amounts of polysulfidic linkages are utilized. Gel fraction and crosslink density of devulcanized rubbers are measured and a unique relationship between them is established. Die characteristics with and without imposition of ultrasonic waves are determined. Devulcanized samples are revulcanized and mechanical properties are measured. In some cases, properties of revulcanized SBR samples exceeded those of virgin vulcanizates. This is explained based on the presence of a double network in the revulcanized rubber. A modification of acoustic cavitation and flow modeling of ultrasonic devulcanization of SBR and GRT is proposed using a concept of effective viscosity characterizing the flow of vulcanized particles before devulcanization combined with a shear rate, temperature and gel fraction-dependent viscosity of devulcanized rubber. Velocity, shear rate, pressure, and temperature field along with gel fraction, crosslink density and number of bonds broken are simulated. Predicted data on gel fraction, crosslink density, and pressure using the present modification of the model are found to be closer to experimental data then previously reported.Dedicated to the memory of Professor Tasos C. Abstract A crude oil hydrocarbon fraction was photooxidized as a surface film on seawater under simulated environmental conditions. After irradiation, gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses allowed to demonstrate the presence of relatively high quantities of compounds deriving from the photosensitized oxidation of n-alkanes, pristane and phytane, being among the non-acidic photoproducts of this fraction. The results suggest that the photochemical degradation of alkanes should be considered in studies of the fate of petroleum crudes in the marine environment. 相似文献
